What changed when I started looking at my knowledge differently
For over four years, I had been sharing knowledge with members of my community, helping them learn, grow, and apply what I knew.
Then someone made a joking comment that stayed with me. I had helped many people benefit from my knowledge, yet I had never fully explored what that same knowledge could become for me as a product.
It made me look at my knowledge differently. I had other things I did to earn money, but I began to see an opportunity I hadn't deliberately pursued: packaging the knowledge I had been sharing freely into products people could access, learn from, and pay for.
That experience reinforced an important lesson: you don't have to stop helping people to create something people can pay for. You can turn what you know into a structured product that delivers value and creates another revenue stream.
That is the thinking behind The Knowledge-to-Income Playbook.
